No the "white in the eyes" is "hold your fire till you see the white in the enemy's eyes...I expect to see no terror in the MM's eyes (Mosis, that is another story, but not this time, yet), only glee as Mosis sells to them their cheap shares and then the MM's ramp prices so high that Mosis would give its I tooth to get those shares back.
