the one I read states that they misled shareholders by overestimating revenue and then missing by a wide margin - which IMO is just plain bull. They changed their strategy in China which required them to no longer account for the China sales as direct revenue - so the lawsuit is basically bogus IMO. To win the suit - the prosecuting firm would need to somehow prove that a change in company strategy is inappropriate or not allowed - but it's so common in business that the suit is absurd. Digging into the numbers shows that they did not miss revenue targets if stuck to old strategy. Just MO. Lawsuit seems almost trumped up and possibly done in collusion with shorts - who knows what some will do for money - but do know there are some pretty low class, deviant gold diggers around. Suit likely serves it's purpose which may be to mislead those who don't do their homework - kind of ironic that the lawsuit alleging misdeeds may actually have the intent of misleading.
