Long: I am extremely bullish GTEC. But you still have to be aware of the hurdles, and we must be fair to all readers to address these.

I do not know any details between GTEC and Greenview, other than what is previously posted. Hopefully, GTEC has the last say on the future terms if Greenview finds another large investor. That's why it may be in our best interest to find out more details on this agreement, because the parameters may already be set.

If I were a new investor here, I would look at the current valuation of a 4 trailing PE, and after doing my DD, would conclude that this is a very undervalued stock, irregardless of what Pope paid. But if other big investors are to come, and they can get this stock for 0.25-0.32, it will take more time for this stock to reach its fair value of $1 or so.

I am a buyer, and I bought more this past week, and maybe a few more shares next week. I am hoping, like you, that this quarter blows us away, and GTEC makes enough noise to get the exposure we need.
