Hi Capt - That is very interesting. Let us know if you hear why the SEC would eliminate the Uptick Rule at a time when our economy is very vulnerable with housing, credit, spending, stagflation, and deficit. I can think of MANY conspiracy theories, but they are probably all wrong.

Jan 4 - We have transitioned into a bear market. Completely different rules apply.
May 23 - IMO, any price at/above this close makes a great Nasdaq/SP500 short.
