Revenue



Our revenue has been generated from a contract we have with a related party
company, K&L International, Enterprises Inc. (hereinafter K&L). The President
and owner of K&L International is Larry Powalisz, the Chairman, CEO and
President of Legends Business Group.


There is a two year contract in place between K & L and Legends Business Group.
The contract provides that K & L pay $2,000 per month for consulting services
for a term of 24 months, which commenced April 2006. The approximate dollar
amount of this contract will be $48,000 at the end of the 24 month period.
Legends Business Group has received $24,000 under this agreement as of April
2007.
