AGORACOM Terminates Relationship with FTS Group Inc.

Dear FTS investors,

It is our fiduciary duty to report to you that AGORACOM no longer provides Investor Relations services on behalf of FTS Group Inc.

The relationship with FTS Group was terminated because of their failure to fulfill contractual obligations to AGORACOM.

Investors will still have the ability to aggregate on the FTS Group HUB here on AGORACOM, however AGORACOM will no longer monitor the HUB, answer questions or provide other Investor Relations services as stated within the contract.

We wish all FTS Investors the best of luck with all future investments.
