There definetely is the possibility that both are occuring (i.e. dilution and 144 financing).

However, post #44187 sums it up nicely.

We were told by Catherine Rains (SPZI treasurer) that there was in fact 144 shares being 'trickled' into the market.

Well, where is the legal paperwork to accompany this bold assertation? OR, were we duped into believing this while SPZI massively diluted into many PR releases?

At this point, I don't know exactly what to think, however, I am starting to favour the latter.
