Im glad you agree with me (as per #1 in your list)... now, where do we find this 144 filing? This piece of evidence is either going to make or break the FUDsters dilution argument.

I think it is in all of our interests to find this 144 filing. If we can not find it, we have been lied to by the company and they will have lost much credibility in my eyes.

I just need help finding this 144 filing... anybody point me in the right direction?

P.S. Even with the 'new' 144 rule changes, companies must STILL file a 144 form if they are looking to sell their restricted shares
