Why do you take it as a positive- particularly at this point in time?

Serious question- I'm debating whether to buy more or figure this one is dead money until positive data. How far will 6 million take us? And is a partnership out the window for now? Because I don't know why they would have filed now at .87 if they were close to signing a deal.

Just not seeing how this is remotely positive.
