Damn- that hurts. In large part because I was counting on management's statements that a partnership(s) would be signed this quarter. If that's accurate- why file now? Makes no sense that I can see- so I'm left wondering if the partnership talk is so much smoke.

JAV just filed a shelf, but that didn't bug because they hadn't been pushing the partnership talk and I can see legit reasons for choosing to dilute rather than do so. GTCB, not so much.

Damn- and I was happy to snag more the other day at 1.01. Huh- think someone knew something yesterday? I do.
