The market is ready for a technical bounce combined with the timing of this news, it will catch and force SHORT COVERING.

Unlike other News events the market had inklings this would happen down the road, but the timing was never known. I expect this to cause a bullish rally that starts tomorrow.


The dow is bouncing off support closing today with a White Doji and indicators are primed for buy signal crosses, THIS MEANS TREND REVERSAL. The current trend was down, so up it goes.

A true break would be the 12525 Level, if that breaks and holds in the next few sessions. Get ready for the new bull.
