I know nothing of a pr release nor should I.

My guess is evenutally he would have something to share with us about overseas business.

The ball is in Bill's court.

I don't think he is going to put out news to make flippers and traders happy, he'll more than likely do it when he is ready and when it should be done. After all he is and should be more worried about the day to day concerns of his business imho :)
