yesterday I got a reply from Bill Guerin to an e-mail I sent on January 17th.
"Dear François,
Thank you for your interest in OneLink. The current authorized share structure is 500 million. The oustanding share count is not a public information but it is anyway less than the previous authorized shares (105 million).
We hope to have news out by the end of February, beginning of March at most, with updates regarding our plan and the share structure.

I don't understand why they raised the A/S to 500 million, what's the point in selling 400M of shares @ 0.002? I don't think they want to sell them, they would only get 800,000$. Maybe they want to use them for something else? Does someone have any idea?
BTW why the o/s count is not public information?
