The less HMGP acts like a pinkie the less stinkie it will be. A gagged TA, and a tardy fin. report make it smell stinkie. I don't think it takes any great expertise in piloting a ship fueled by dilithium crystals to know this. Keith may know oil, but he is tone deaf when it comes to the basic needs of this market.
