Dan, does the CLG cost problem in Nunavut have you concerned at all about MNG?
===============================================================

Hi JB,
Yes and no... obviously, startup costs will be higher than initially contemplated, but will be offset, to some (all?) degree by the rising values of their future production.

There are simply too many imponderables to ponder right now <g>, but I'm not that alarmed that I would consider selling a single share of anything for that reason alone.

I think Cumberland (CLG) may have inadvertently taken one for the team (sector) with their announcements and may be, in fact, the cause for the lethargy in many of the juniors in my purview.

In case you missed this earlier post, I think this trend, if it continues, will be an offsetting factor.

"I don't follow the ten currencies that The Privateer does, but I've been very encouraged by the increasingly bullish look of gold since the beginning of March when measured on the charts of the currencies that I do follow closely.

Only when measured in Yen terms has it failed to join the party. In my view, it is just a matter of time until gold is enjoying a bull market in all currencies. This, of course, should encourage greater foreign buying of gold and gold shares. Ka-Ching! <vbg>

These charts will update after each day's close and you may want to bookmark this page for future reference."

Btw, congratulations on your smooth exits earlier today.
Good luck.
