I wasn't trying to imply you should not attempt to talk with Keith... and I didn't say his feelings were hurt. He can take the heat...

I was only suggesting that the three particular subjects for which you want immediate action have been addressed constantly and repeatedly for a very long time. I'm coming up on 2 years in Hemi and TA has ALWAYS been "gagged". If it didn't matter when we all bought, I still don't get why it matters now.
Again, it's just my take, but I don't think you're going to win any brownie points for being the person to "bring it to his attention" for the 10,000th time.

The difference I see though, is the share structure information was "out there" at times, back before several people felt some warped need to get nasty and make demands for instant gratification. That was when, from my own observations, it appeared that not only was the TA remaining gagged, but management was also no longer making the information available through places like Pinksheet.com. I noticed because I couldn't update the iBox from there anymore.

Try if you must. I AM glad you at least intend to conduct yourself with civility...
