All of what you said can be done…..but in order to do that, we need resignation letters from these gentleman. Right now, we are not sure who’s resigning and who is not.



I also know that Dwayne and Will said they were taking care of the deficiency in Nevada. You may want to follow up with them directly to see if they took care of it.



We can also draft a press release for you, but this is typically done by consultants or a PR firm. If you wish us to draft something, please advise. It’s an additional legal fee for this service of $250/press release. In addition, we don’t have any access to sending the press release out into the market place…..you’ll have to find a company to do that for you.

I did notice that pinksheets.com still shows information relating to the old AECS, such as the following which I copied off pinksheets.com :

Will the Nevada SOS website also be updated? Please note the below and it shows the company being in default and also shows Diego Gomez etc as company officers. An update to the Nevada SOS (which can be completed in one to two days) would enable you to show the name change and updates to company officers etc.

Also, do you plan on releasing information to shareholders via a press release explaining the the following concerning the new owners?:

1. Company profile
2. Business Plan
3. Amount of financing received from the financiers and how many shares that was in exchange for and at what price per share.
4. Any assets / revenues that are in place currently.
