"Any news yet on how many acres Hemi has leased and where the leases are or is it still speculation?".

Speculation is the wrong word and needs to be replaced with "further information to follow"

HMGP on 12/18/07 confirmed it acquired leases in The Barnett Shale area.

Further it has been confirmed that these Barnett shale leases are in Tarrant county.

Finally further information will be forth coming regarding the "specs" of the Tarrant leases and this IMO is due to the current business environment that is developing in Tarrant county...... which Badge............. has been discussed on this HMGP board by many HMGP participants over the past few weeks; providing some outstanding and supporting DD.

So Badge my recommendation is that you use the word "speculation" very carefully as you continue with your going forward HMGP posts.
