Don't you have to actually dig something out of the ground
and mill it to have any value?

Gold could be a 1 million dollars an ounce. If management does nothing more than dilute shares, it doesn't matter what its worth.

I haven't read Bob's response to the vote question either.
Although I think I can guess.
