Yes and No...If this is a scam that the SEC is investigating, I do not believe any information would be released. If this is being investigated for a insider information leak pre-merger, the same applies. If there is nothing ongoing the same applies. However, I always try to remind myself NEVER use common sense when investing (gambling) in stocks.

My opinion which is not based on common sense but my gut with all the DD point to a big payday. As certain as I feel, I would NEVER suggest anyone stay in or get in based on my gut.

Over the years, I have generally done better playing stocks following my gut than solid DD but not that much better.
