Balance, thank you for the DD on the contracts between Offor's Nigerian ethanol company and Petrobas. Again, EO has shown a deft hand in choosing his partners.

IMHO this wil be to the advantage of ERHC even if the oil laws of STP are changed.

The proposed oil law changes for STP in favor of Petrobas also shows that STP is not leaning too heavily on the US or US oil majors in its EEZ future. Could bode well for investigations by US agencies of ERHC.

However, after the good reports of Offor/Nigeria/Petrobas connections, I do not read the other "dot connecting" re: buy outs or buy ins as seriously.

Apparently, ERHC plans to be around for a good couple of years. IMHO
