Dear Steve,
thank you for your mail. The problem the company is dealing with continues to be the proper funding. The search for funding is going on, but it is more difficult than previously expected. All commercial activities depend on the company having secured sufficient working capital.
Regarding the discussions with DiversiPlast, we do think that we have a great product, and we are still hopeful to get them really interested in our technology; a meeting with them was scheduled during the 4th Q, 2007, but it was postponed to sometime this year. Unfortunately the present depressed housing market makes things even more difficult.
Unfortunately we have no better news at this time, but we will keep you informed when any new delopments occur and also all shareholders via announcement on our website.
