cytrxman, you need to chill out, and stop making absurd conclusions from the FACTS I posted (like NSOL will somehow be sued due to Yonts' son, or other posters saying there are kickbacks involved, etc).....you seem to be missing my point, which is Mr Yonts is certainly PUSHING and URGING (his own quoted words) for FFI funding in KY.....we all know KY is the latest "carrot" being dangled, if you discount the TO, which PPS seems to tell us people have little confidence in......if they lose prospects in KY, where does that leave the Co (and where does that leave IA's incentive for for the buyout???....lower, I would suppose, since FFI hasn't even designed their plant yet, another quote from Yonts)....

Mr Yonts is a politician, I would bet dollars to doughnuts that he lost quite a bit of political clout after the "incident" with his son, and the subsequent pardon of his sentence in half by the outgoing Governor, which seems to have POed lots of people who see it as "preferred treatment", or "unequal justice", etc .....and discounting any monetary damages his son may be sued for, how does a politician regain lost clout???....maybe by championing a project which will create jobs, help the economy of his district, etc?????.....and the timing of Yonts getting on this bandwagon after the incident with his son is also "interesting".....getting the picture now????....like NSOL/FFI, nothing even needs to be built, just give the impression that they are trying like heck, sell the DREAM.....but politicians would never act so, right????... maybe Mr Yonts is sincere in promoting this penny stock's plan, despite their history of un-accomplishments, and occasional moments of "weakness", along with other insider shenanigans.....

I find it incredulous that people here think talking about Yonts has nothing to do with this Co, and its future....he is a MAJOR factor in lobbying for FFI in KY, as he "PUSHES and URGES".....what's HIS agenda, since we are all told here that everyone has one.....

PS: feel free to put me on ignore if you don't like what I post, or feel its irrelevant to Co discussion....I'm not forcing you to read my posts....

PPS: I never said I'm trying to "save people" here, just posting the facts, and encourage people to THINK.....information is not bad, and its not MY fault that the Co leaves shareholders in the dark so often (like not telling us how many funds were given to Shaw, but a poster here says that Yonts knows, it was $800K....isn't that MATERIAL INFO???).....but the bottom line is, I've been correct more often than not, and I believe there will be no KY plant (just like I said about Toms River), and no tendering of shares into cash.....

The Yonts article sure gave ME a different impression about the availability of KY funding than certain posters led us to believe (before the end of 2007, before the end of Jan, all that BS.....who was BSing who???)...now Yonts himself tells us the bonds were never sold (Toms River ring any bells???), and that the state has put many projects on hold, due to financial difficulties....

Yeah, totally off-topic, so sorry....
