I dont know if I would agree with that. I dont think what previous ownership did or didn't do would in any way be a bad reflection on what new management will do. You have to give the new management team a fresh slate. As far as the old management, if they did indeed do things that were wrong they will eventually pay the consequences and will be dealt with at a later time.
