I have been reading some old posts and pr's and IMO, I don't think that the old company is worth anything.

Don't you find is odd, that they never issued Financials statements or said for sure what revenues where. It was always Projections.

I went back and read one on Leatherneck and it states they have a working relationship, but it doesn't say it belongs to the company.

And they never updated pinksheets. I checked there as well.

The old company had nothing IMO
