IMTO, it is not the time to get excessively bearish, Early January was a good time, when these numbers were in the 90% plus...when new highs counts refused to print new higher levels and where in excess of 500 with new lows often reading under 5, this was excess bullishness and there was no need for a catalyst to cause the topping. Watch th new lows, they are not expanding, the highest I have seen in the last two weeks was 28 on the Naz, and since then, they are still hovering around 20. Now is the time to look at your "darlings" and decide when during the next 5 to 10 trading days you pounce....
