You don't "sound" like a "newby" and welcome out of lurkdom...Both NYSE and Naz. It is an "internal number, so the EOD (or during the day) report from Yahoo is what I use. For NYSE it is -1050 for Naz -950 or so. In coincidence with such string of GNT, it is also nice to have the top 5 most active red, and toward the end of the string having the trin stubbornly under 1.20, good to have a trin sometime during that period exceeding 3 by a great margin (earlier this week, I saw an opening trin of 42 (on the Naz) on Yahoo, but I must assume that was a "misprint" of a kind. Did anyone else see such an outrageous number? Sometimes Yahoo is not very good in reporting these number, but I got to use the same source as I have in building the model and got to live with some shortcomings....
