When you search for cashout opportunities, what filing forms do you look though? SC 13E3 and PRER14A/DEFR14A forms?

I've only seen a few companies use the PRER14A/DEFR14A filings, and it seems like I waste a lot of time sifting through those.

Sidenote: Has Tri-State 1st Banc (TSEO, 99 or less cashed out at $17 per) been mentioned yet? It might have been, but I can't remember the DD on it. It's only sitting at a 19% profit right now, but it's worth watching if street name holders are cashed out.
