to get a pair that fit correctly ... and that is important as the company can't make adjustments to the frames

PD --- is vital (distance between pupils) .. some prescrip pages from the optician or eye doc might not have it written down ... simply ask as they HAVE to measure it during the course of the exam

width is also important ... measure the outside to outside of a pair of glasses that FIT you

also.... measure carefully the bridge width you need from a pair of glasses that you like the fit

one thing ---- the height of the lens ... on the bulletin board I read concerning this company the lens height was definitely something to measure from other glasses

I started out with a pair of 8bucks
then ordered another pair of differing 8bucks one
and have now settled on yet another pair that are 20 bucks that I have three pair of

as I said, the goggles are definitely the next purchase and those measurements are pretty well standard issue

and

standard strength takes care of most prescrip upto CokeBottle thickness
