we had a double top buy signal on the DJIA yesterday at 12,500

1370 for the SPX would be a new buy signal as well

and each day more and more Bulllish percents are turning up...from deeply oversold levels..historical lows in fact.

this will take some time but it looks very good for new highs this year at some point down the road...
