AMAZINGKARMA posted on another board that our company is Fight CO LLC. I don't think it's LLC. We announced Fight Co INC. I tried calling the tel#s for LLC, and they are all disconnected. I went to Iowa Sec State, and here is the infor for LLC:

So, I don't think this is the same company. I'm trying to dig up info on Fight Company INC, and all I have found so far is a INACTIVE company based in Florida. I checked Nevada, NY, CT, FL, and Colorado. I'll check the other 46 states this morning to see if I can find FIGHT CO INC. If it's the florida inactive corp, here is what Sec State FLA has info:
