What do you think Carnes has in store for RVGD now? If he's not short (MOASS and what not), like many think, and dilution is his main tool, as the only readily verifiable past evidence suggests, then what's next? Certainly more FUD, but aside from that, do you really think that his ties to RVGD CEO are under stress or do you think it's more window dressing? Is it really possible to get rid of this guy?
