I believe there is 32,496,667 plus 503,333 prefered shares with the 100/1 conversion,that is 33,333,333 shares authorized.

The common shares plus prefered would equal 82,830,000.00 shares authorized.
They do not figure the prefered shares conversion factor in.

I do not think he will sell all 82 million shares, he wants to keep control, but I am sure he will sell 32 million.
