Ordinary guy says in his previous post that he's the old shell owner. Why would the old shell owner show up under Financing Activities and why would he post on Investorshub.com admitting to demolishing to stock by 90% and still say favorable things about the company?

If one checks the iBox, it shows Nolan Ross as the former shell owner.
