Operating Leases

The Company leases its offices and facilities under long-term, non-cancelable lease agreements expiring at various dates through July 5, 2009. The non-cancelable operating lease agreements provide that the Company pays certain operating expenses applicable to the leased premises according to the Chinese Law. Rental expense for the three months ended November 30, 2007 and 2006 were US$23,236and US$28,212, respectively.


The future minimum annual lease payments required under this operating lease are as follows:
