I just created another sub (I now have 5) & named it "Kitty" jus 4 u ;)~

As far as the legaleze of doing this professionally for others...I have looked into this....I do think it varies from state to state. & that not only goes for the state you are trading from..it also goes for the state(s) your clients are reporting their taxes from..ie home state.
