I used all numbers just for simplicity such as multiplier 7 as a “general” for auto and so on. Totally agreed with you - .035 is still undervalued (as well as I used the $14M for the calculation instead of expected $28M) - still 6X level above of the current PPS is showing how much the RVGD is undervalued.
