This is one big scam to wipe out existing shareholders. You should wait until the R/S and all of us are wiped out. The PPS will plummet harder than we can imagine. That will be the time.if there is any. Leopards don't change their spots so infact there may be no good time to invest in these crooks.
These clowns are not going to give the shareholders stolen money back. OR give it away to new shareholders.
