I'm hearin' ya 4mars! Fantastic job on the recently installed LARS pics by brikk & CEO Smith. Now wouldn't it be sweet if we could also get some Proteus photo's from the JOIDES installation!

Last I heard Schlumberger engineers were on site at DDI last fall during the final FAT testing of the 2nd Proteus Active Heave Compensator unit that was destined for the 2nd IODP vessel the JOIDES Resolution.

That's just 2 significant revolutionary pieces of proprietary equipment in both the Proteus AHC & 4000 meter rated LARS that Deep Down Inc has added to the product mix & is now ramping up its market penetration to the next level with. So for sure it's very exciting times to be able to catch a glimpse of some of these technological advancements/achievements taking real world form & as someone recently posted..."a picture really is worth a thousand words".
