Can you tell us what the A/S and the O/S will be after the R/S ?
Not sure what the a/s will be, but the o/s will be around 91 million "
wiley if you have 91,000,000,000 (91 billion)shares outstanding and you do 1000 for 1 reverse split you end up with 91 million, if you do a 10,000 old for 1 new share reverse split on 91 billion you end up with 9.1million shares outstanding. if you did 100,000 for 1 r s on 91 billion you get .91million shares o/s or 910 thousand o/s. if you did 1,000,000 to 1 r s you get 91,000 ,>>>>1,000,000,000 to 1 r s
you would get 91 shares left...
The company expects its higher share price (after the 10,000:1 reverse stock split, with a record date of January 31, 2008) to help the company to look more solid to businesses it hopes to acquire as it continues to attempt to acquire its next business and attract new management to maximize shareholder value.
is janice shell correct or is the company correct? i would rather see a 10000 for one reverse leaving 9.1 million shares o/s i would still have 32k shares at $1 then we might see this act like hvag...or emvl and that is if they don't dilute like crazy.
