AP I agree we might of paid 1.5- 2 million for the GSCR shell but can you explain why Tom did not buy a clean shell for 500k.

I do believe in SWVC

But concerns are raised when you think that maybe Tom bought the GSCR to scratch KK back and help him rid him self of the debt GSCR possessed with no public indication by Tom of the benefits we the shareholders would receive for paying that debt off.

As some on this board have eluded too that there is something tied together that SWVC might be obtaining from the Greenshift family; why had we not been made aware of that publicly through a PR. I think retail shareholders deserve to know why we’ve had to front the cost of the GSCR shell and what benefits we should receive for that.

Also with the new financing agreements I do see that Tom S. is actually going to do something positive with that dilution….ACQUISTIONS. That has been made known by Tom S through recent Pr’s but again we have not been told why we took on and paid for the GSCR shell.

Maybe i should call Tom S and ask him that question regarding the GSCR shell.
