my last post probably, where i'm coming up with the 15 million figure as a total GUESSTAMENT, is the simple uncovering of the note, i think it was about 1/2 million redemable at .001 cent per share. that being said it would be cashed in for aprox. 500 million shares of swvc, the share price of swvc has gone from .086 down to .009 again recently but when we were trading 50-100 million share days i'm (guessing) that the price per share could have gone through at around .03 cents per share which equals 15 million, that would be just the 1/2 million dollar dept. then you would have to add the down payment and whatever the rest of the costs to come up with a close number.
i understand swvc didn't have to pay for the shell, but we investors who bought shares in swvc did in essence pay for it and are still paying, and only (so far) getting a shell or now swvc. b
