I hope someone can put the remaining legacy debt numbers into perspective for all those who may be new to this site / company or for those who are so very hung up on the issue.

As best I can recall, the remaining amount....somewhere between $1,000 and $100,000...is a mere pitance of the original amount that TS is referring to.

Does anyone have a good estimate as to the original amount of debt that came with the shell? Someone on this board keeps mentioning '$15 million' to purchase the shell, but I think that is way off-base.
