Rock: Surgeons are the most impatient people in all the land. I think they select residents based on that trait. LOL.

One point however, if the OR staff know in advance what cases will need or likely need thrombin they can thaw it in advance of the case beginning and have it handy for the surgeon. My issue is when I need control of hemorrhage I need it immediately. I just can't wait that long for thawing.
