Think about the best stock tip you ever got... Where did it come from? My biggest was from a family member that worked for the company. A couple of colleagues gave me some great ones. Got a couple by going through e-trade's stock screener and got a few leads from posters at RB and here.

I'd say the average person will start DD at the company web page. You put the same info in the press kit.. Most folks that trade stocks aren't stupid and can go to Google or Yahoo to get the info they need to make a decision.

I can tell ya that most garbage pinks and bb pay for this kinda crap and it‘s not positive. We got some questionable things going on with this company... risky financing, a paid moderator, that 1.5 million share trade, questionable million share trades by the CEO, and a paid analyst report with about all loser picks and fail to report the 90% loser. Humm?

See I don't mind throwing a few bucks here cause I like going to the casino... No real investor is gonna show up with this kinda stuff going on.

I realize Mr. Shore is new to operating a public company and mistakes are made... You take that $42K and apply it toward all those R&D expenses.
