That's exactly what my 13 year old son said. He next said "and it's really juicy too."

After explaining to him the 7 gms of fat (and no trans fat) in the NHYF burger vs. the 30 - 40 + gms of fat in fast food burgers, he quickly understood the value of this product to our diet.

Seabreeze...I used to eat Garden Burgers and Boca Burgers, if I could rate these compared to burgers I'd give the Garden Burger about an 80/100 not really meant to be compared to a burger but a healthy good tasting alternative, and the Boca 85/100 closer to a burger taste with healthy benefits. I'd easily give the NHYF burger 95/100 based on taste, low fat, no trans fats, size of burger. More to come... and of course...IMO - lol
