I was wondering how long it would take them to figure out that they had put themselves out of shares with the goofy amendment of 1/11/08.

That means they've had two shareholder votes in the past month. However, it is likely that no shareholder here participated, yet 58% of the vote was represented.

I wonder how they did that? LOL!
