Regions Oil Acquires Central Park North Worldwide Events
Regions Oil and Gas (Pink Sheets:RGNO) today announced the acquisition of Central Park North Worldwide Events.

Mr. Rick Papaleo and Mel Rich were appointed to the Board of Directors and Mr. Papaleo will also serve as Interim President. The current board has resigned.

“My number one priority is to help increase revenues and profits. With a sagging stock price a change was deemed necessary and my plan is to expand the horizons of the company while moving out of the oil and gas business and into a more traditional business model with a focus on growth industries and entities that will generate revenues and profits in a predictable manor.

“The plan is simple: Seek additional acquisitions, develop and grow the infrastructure, drive revenues and increase the current stock price. We are moving swiftly with our growth plan and are in negotiations for additional acquisitions. We expect to have an announcement in the coming weeks,” stated Rick Papaleo, interim President of Regions Oil & Gas.

Mr. Papaleo is a seasoned Business Development Consultant with extensive experience in company turnarounds as well as Mergers and Acquisitions.

Mr. Rich has several years in the Entertainment Business, with an emphasis in Live Events / Live Concerts.

Acquisitions and growth will focus in 3 areas, Entertainment, Technology and Industrial sectors.
