the report does say "cost to operators " so one can assume it is the customer that is going to pay for the update the total cost is in the millions so if the customer is paying there is another revenue stream for the company

as i look through the tech pubs from thrush these are problem they found in 1979 so nothign new with that info i am almost totly sure the customer will pay for updates and repairs for this AD
