What is the personality disorder that prevents you from just letting them be and forgetting about it?

Much as one would do when one encounters mentally ill people talking to themselves on the street? You might want to help but you can't help. Best to just go about your day. How silly would you look if you followed the weirdos around and made sure everyone else knew how wrong they were? What do you suppose sane people would think of you?
